2026년 승진자 임명식이 있었으며, 사장님의 신년사 말씀으로는 2025년은 글로벌 경기 불확실성, 환율 및 원자재 가격 변동등 속에서 대륙금속의 기술력과 품질 중심의 경쟁력을 다시 한번 확인한 한 해였고 2026년은 생산설비 증설과 공정 자동화에 투자를 진행하며 적재 공간 확보를 위해 주변 토지 구입 및 물류 동선 개선을 단계적으로 추진할 것이라 하셨습니다. 2026년엔 품질과 안전의 절대적 우선, 기술 경쟁력과 생산성 혁신, 사람 중심의 조직 문화 이 세 가지에 더욱 집중하여 앞으로도 신뢰받는 기업, 지속적으로 성장하는 기업이 되겠습니다.
