2024년 승진자 임명식이 있었고, 본사 이민원 이사가 주인의식을 가지고 솔선수범하자고 했고, 다음으로 공장 윤제민 이사가 안전을 최우선으로 하며, 서로간의 이해와 배려를 바탕으로 나아가자고 이야기 했으며, 끝으로 사장님께서 우리 모두 한마음 한뜻이 되어 같이 노력하여 발전하는 한해가 되자고 하셨습니다. 이 모든 것들이 모이면 2024년에는 한걸음 더 성장하는 한해가 될것입니다.

On January 02, 2024, we held a ceremony for the start of 2024 through a video conference between the headquarters and the Pohang factory.

There was a promotion appointment ceremony in 2024, and Lee Min-won, director of the headquarters, asked to lead by example with a sense of ownership. Next, Yoon Je-min, director of the factory, told us to put safety first and move forward based on mutual understanding and consideration, and finally, the president asked us to become one and work together to develop a year. 정부 사업 가점우대 등 혜택

코팅관 전처리 생산라인 교체

[가스신문 = 박귀철 기자] PE코팅강관 전문생산업체인 (주)대륙금속(대표 이종욱)이 13일 중 중소벤처기업부로부터 경영혁신형 중소기업(MAIN-BIZ) 확인서를 받았다.

MAINBiz란 경영(Management), 혁신(Innovation), 기업(Business)의 합성어로 중소기업기술혁신촉진법에 의거해 기업의 경영지원, 프로세스, 마케팅, 조직 분야에서 높은 성과 창출과 미래 성장 가능성이 있는 중소기업을 인증하는 제도다.

메인비즈 기업은 금융지원과 정부 사업 가점우대, 홍보마케팅 지원 등의 혜택을 누릴 수 있다.

대륙금속은 지난달 3-Layer T다이 강관코팅 전처리 생산라인에 대한 교체를 실시함으로써 제품의 품질향상을 기대할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 앞서 2020년에는 기존 18m 듀얼에폭시 코팅관 생산라인을 보완한 바 있다.

대륙금속의 이종욱 대표는 “금번 MAINBiz 확인이나 전처리 쇼트기 라인의 완전 교체는 최고의 제품을 생산함으로써 고객만족에 앞장서기 위한 것”이라며 “틈나는 대로 설비 현대화를 통해 지하 매설배관의 안전성 확보에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 대륙금속은 올해 한국가스공사의 주배관 16,000톤을 생산 중이며, 카타르 6,500톤, 말레이시아에 6,300톤을 수출하기도 했다. 또한 정부의 태양광 발전사업체로 선정되어 포항 사무동 지붕에 100kw의 태양광을 설치해 운영 중이며, 내년에는 포항 본 공장의 지붕에도 700kw 용량의 태양광을 설치함으로써 생산라인 총 전력비용의 약 35∼40%를 자체 충당한다는 계획이다.

[Gas Newspaper = Reporter Park Gui-cheol] Daeryuk Metal Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Chong-wook), a producer specializing in PE coated steel pipes, received a confirmation from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups on the 13th.

MAINBiz is a combination of management, innovation, and business, and is a system that certifies small and medium-sized enterprises with high performance creation and potential for future growth in the business support, process, marketing, and organizations under the Small and Medium Business Technology Innovation Promotion Act.

Main-biz companies can enjoy financial support, government business preference, and public relations marketing support.

Daeryuk Metals can be expected to improve product quality by replacing the 3-Layer T-die steel pipe coating pretreatment production line last month. Prior to this, in 2020, the existing 18m dual epoxy coating pipe production line was supplemented.

Lee Chong-wook, CEO of Daeryuk Metal, said, "This time, the confirmation of MAINBiz or the complete replacement of the pre-processing shorthand line is to take the lead in customer satisfaction by producing the best products," adding, "We will do our best to secure the safety of underground buried pipes by modernizing facilities."

Meanwhile, Daeryuk Metal is producing 16,000 tons of Korea Gas Corporation's main pipe this year, and has exported 6,500 tons to Qatar and 6,300 tons to Malaysia. It has also been selected as the government's solar power generation business and is operating 100 kw of solar power on the roof of the Pohang office building, and plans to cover about 35 to 40 percent of the total electricity cost of the production line by installing 700 kw of solar power on the roof of the main plant in Pohang next year.
